- Are returns free of charge?
Returns are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country you are returning your package from.

- What are the return conditions?
Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without any reason.

Refunds
1.1 Once we have received the returned airstyler and verified compliance with our return policy, we will proceed to process your refund.

1.2 Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method you used when placing your order, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that refunds may take some time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
